Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange for your order.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the fabric remains unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging with all tags intact for our team to approve the return.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address; please hand over the securely packed parcel to our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Refund or Store Credit

  After the fabric passes our warehouse quality check, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
